Cancelling a bid or win

Bids can't be withdrawn. If you win and don't pay within 24 hours (or any extra time the seller gives you), the win is cancelled and you can't bid on that lot again. No charge applies.

Refunds

• Seller cancels: if we can't ship a paid lot, we refund it in full.
• Damaged or not as described: tell us within 48 hours of delivery at tickbid.support@gmail.com with photos. We'll arrange a return and a full refund once the item reaches us.

Approved refunds are sent by UPI to the account you paid from within 5 to 7 working days.
