Terms of use
Last updated October 2026. TickBid is run by Tickbid, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
1. Accounts
You need an account to bid. Use a real email address. If you win, give your real name, phone number and delivery address. You are responsible for bids placed from your account. One account per person.
2. How auctions work
- Each lot opens at a starting price and closes at the time shown on the lot.
- Each new bid must beat the highest bid by at least ₹15, or ₹25 once the bid reaches ₹500.
- A bid is a commitment to buy at that price if you win. You can't withdraw a bid.
- When bidding closes, the seller confirms the final price, including any shipping charge, before the winner is announced.
- The winner must pay within 24 hours of being notified. The seller may extend this time limit. If payment isn't made in time, the win is cancelled, the lot reopens for bidding from the last bid or is closed, and the winner can't bid on that lot again.
- A win is confirmed once the seller has received your payment.
- The seller may withdraw a lot or decline to sell it at any time before payment.
3. Fair play
Don't bid on your own lots, use several accounts, or try to manipulate prices. We may cancel bids, wins or accounts involved in misuse.
4. Payments
Pay by UPI to the QR code or UPI ID shown on your bill, then enter your UPI reference number and tap “I've paid”. Your win is confirmed once the seller sees the payment. Pay only the exact amount shown, and only to the payment details on this website. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
